This is an incredibly stupid, bad and harmful idea considering the current economic and enviromental climates we are currently facing. I hope this is all propaganda to publicise himself as this is the publics money he is spending to tear up the environment for his own benefit.
You are not helping to raise awareness of climate change any more than spending this money on billboards and information leaflets.
If you feel you have to do this then spend your own money.
I think this is a rather beautiful idea, it's an interesting take on citizenship - and citenzenship in the south west. It's bold and big and I look forward to seeing more. Excited it will be starting in lovely Dorset...
